Security at EduGenixAI starts with an architectural decision: school data lives in per-school instances, typically on servers the school controls — which keeps every school's blast radius its own.
Architecture
Each school runs its own instance with its own database. There is no shared multi-tenant database between schools. Offline-first design means daily operations continue without external connectivity, and syncs use encrypted transport where connections exist.
Access
Access to school systems is role-based within the school. EduGenixAI staff access for support is limited to what the school authorises, and deployments run under credentials the school holds.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue in our website or products, write to support@edugenixai.com with details. We take reports seriously, respond promptly, and ask for reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure.
